Does the seller need to pay for closing costs?
There are no closing costs if you accept a fair cash offer...that wouldn't be fair right. You will not have to pay these costs because we pay them for you.
Does the seller need to pay for repairs?
If you accept a fair cash offer that means you don't have to do any of the repairs because they are already factored into our offer.
Does the seller need to clean out the property?
We take care of the clean out, all you have to do is take whatever you want and if you want to leave anything, that will be fine.
Are there any hidden fees?

Does the seller have to pay any commissions?
The seller does not need to pay any commissions because we will not be using a realtor. Why should they get a percentage of your money...it's your house.
